    Hey WB8YKH,

    Please consider submitting a support ticket to Flex. The more information they get the more likely they'll be able to find and fix this. Especially considering it's intermittent nature. I spent some time interacting directly with Eric on it and despite a lot of effort on his part he never was able to reproduce the problem. If he/they can't see/understand it, they can't fix it.

    Just FYI the new 3.10.10 I have found issues with. I created a post under that version already.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
