Can't select MIC as audio source

I am plugging a headset directly into a 6600. When I select MIC as audio source, it immediately reverts to PC audio source. I can choose any of the other options (Bal, Line, Acc), but not MIC. Ideas?

    Hi Chip, do you have any Flex-related apps running that might be doing that? Are you using a mic profile that has PC as the audio source?

    Thanks, Len. I have gone back to the default profiles. I don't have any other Flex-related apps running. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this.

    Hi Chip, can you post a screenshot of SmartSDR? If we can't figure it out from that, I can do a TeamViewer or AnyDesk connection with you and look at it directly if you are OK with that. If that doesn't do it, you should submit a help desk ticket.
