Just had it happen to a new pc with SmartSDR 3.8.21. Windows 11 Pro 24H2. Uninstalled the Flexradio application but the drivers remained. Now I can't turn memory integrity back on even with Flex software removed. Might have to reinstall Windows and keep Flex software off this particular pc.

Opened a trouble ticket and waiting to hear back from Flex.

Follow up. SmartSDR has been running flawlessly on an older pc since it was purchased in March, 2020. It is also running Win 11 Pro 24H2. Upon digging into Windows Security, I see why. I have no memory integrity error because it has never been turned on! The system has been running for 5 years unprotected, unbeknown to naive me. Was off the old default and now on is the default? Doubtful with the same 24H2 version on both pc's.

So does it really matter that the kernal is exposed?

I turned off the core isolation, and now cannot get it to turn back on. If I uninstall the DAX drivers and reboot, they are automatically reinstalled. This really sucks. Thanks Flex, now go ahead and blame windows.
