FLEX-6600M on Mac 2 panadapters only.

Hello:
I have a FLEX-6600M running SmartSDR on a Mac mini M4, and I can only get two panadapters at most. It should be four. What could be the problem? Thanks.

    Do you have panadapters showing on your “M” front panel? The 4 panadapters are total for all GUI connections.

    No, i do not have pan adapters showing on my M front panel.

    2.9 software?

    Shut radio off and wait two minutes, disconnect power physically from radio.

    Do a factory Reset by:
    Reconnect power to radio, wait two minutes and then push and hold radio power button til it turns white.

    It will reset to 20m. Now see if you get 4 panadapters.

    Hi again:
    I solved the problem. I changed to v3.8.23 and works fine. If I go back to the latest version it fails again. It does not work doing a factory reset at least in version 3.9.18.

    If you have not already done so, I strongly suggest you send a bug report to Marcus (Mac SmartSDR author) by opening the app and clicking on Help→Contact Support.

    This sounds like a pretty serious issue, and Marcus has been very responsive to bug reports.
