SmartLink and AT&T Internet Air

Does anyone have any recent experience using SmartLink with AT&T Internet Air? I recently switched to this service from T-Mobile because Smartlink will not work on their 5G home internet service. When I test the network settings, it fails UDP and TCP. Are there some settings in my router that need to be changed? These are the same error messages I was getting when I was on T-Mobile.

Thanks.

It really depends on whether the service provides an IPv4 address (doesn't have to be static) and whether you can port forward from the WAN side to your radio. Are there port forwarding options on your router device?

Apologies for not responding sooner. As best I can tell I do have an IPv4 address and I am port forwarding to SmartLink with the device as my 6600 serial number. So it seems like it should be working. However what I am not sure about is the ports I'm using. That is set to TCP: 21100-22100. Should I be using something else for that?

Use this document to help configure your router and radio.

If this is an ATT service and router, it is likely that UPnP is disabled (ATT does that) and you will need to follow the section for MANUAL Port Forwarding.
