New to me 5000a with VU5K: on transmit is the signal to come from the 144mhz bnc?

Initial testing it seems I am getting signal out of ant 3 PL259 connection which I have set for my main output on HF. What setting do I need to change in the software? I do not see a setting for the BNC 2meter or 70cm connections? I also assume I need 2 separate antennas for 2 meter and 70 cm unless I used and external duplexer. Is there any tuner in line for VHF UHF? Mine does have the tuner for HF.

The 2M & 70CM RF is only on their respective BNC jacks. There's no tuner, & the wattmeter does not work either. On FM, there is no high pass CTCSS tone filter, so you here the sub audible tones that repeaters send. They are simply 60 watt transverters, but they work very well on SSB.
