No output power PGXL

I have a PGXL amplifier which has performed very well so far but today something happened to it , 7MHz CW transmission when out of stiffed the Flexradio 6600 . After finger start the PGXL output is 1W, ID peak 5,9A , VDD 50 v. There was no error message and when restarted it shows no error message everything OK.
What could be the fault , or failure of the MRF ? Who can help me with this ?

My PGXL has just failed and also one other PGXL in Europe just failed as well, as reported in this Forum.

Open a Help desk ticket with Flex. Tim Ellison might ask you to conduct some tests or else instruct you on where to send it for service. He advised me to send mine to WiMo in Germany. I emailed WiMo had got a very quick response with a RMA number and it will be going back to them.

Repair time can be long so be prepared for that. It seems there has to be a liaison with 4O3A in Montenegro and spare parts are obtained from them. But the Help Desk ticket will get the process started.

Sorry for the confusion but I have never done this before where on what interface to request such a ticket? Or should I also write to Wimo ?. In May the WPX CW round . would be nice to have it ready before then :)

Laci, to open the ticket go to the top of this page and click the Help Desk ticket link and complete the online form.

If you bought the amp from WiMo, you could write to them now. Flex do respond very quickly - same day in most cases - so you could wait for Tim Ellison's reply. But in all likelihood, it will be going back to WiMo anyway. WiMo will need the amp's serial number and delivery note number if you have it.
