    Here is the link

    OM Oreste,

I suggest to contact Kuhne directly in relation to their transverter. They are very helpful.

    Hello OM,

On 2m band you can use a RF amplifier designed to work with 6700, much simpler solution.

Kuhne makes them. SSDR manual has a chapter which shows how to setup a converter.

Hi Tom… I checked the Kuhne website and other messages on this forum, and I can't see any direct reference to a Kuhne amplifier capable of working with the 6700's LP output.

Can you point me to the unit you're talking about?

    OM Don,

I bought my amplifier some three years ago, maybe it is out of production, but I will check the details and let you know.

    thanks for the answers

I checked on the kuhne site I also did not find info or dedicated RF amplifiers.
At the moment I connected BNC XVTR of the 9700 to the Kuhne IF A,
then connected PTT pin 3 of the Flexradio with DC Control.
I drive with 70 w of the flex. I do not know if this is all correct and could cause breakages in long WSJTX transmissions.
    thanks

    OM Don,

Possibly someone you can find a 2m amplifier here or place a >wanted< advertisement

https://www.fa-kleinanzeigen.de/ if Kuhne does not manufacture them anymore.

hi DON thank you so much for the info, I think I will contact KUHNE and I hope they give me the correct configuration.
I saw the product you recommended, thank you I did not know this product.
I think however that I will try to use the 144PRO transverter because inside there is also a sequencer to drive the antenna preamplifier and PA.
    regards Oreste

    OM Don,

It seems that Kuhne still manufacture 2m hi gain amplifiers for 6700

Tom.. thanks so much. Appreciate it.

It's a little more expensive than the LDPA from Q5, but I'll definitely take a closer look.
