Activating SPOTS in Smart SDR

I am not receiving SPOTS on my screen. All buttons have been enabled in Settings/Spots.

But is the SPOT function depending on input from a source that must be running on my PC ? If so, what is recommended. I am presently using the DX Cluster in HRD.

I use either SliceMaster or SDC to send spots to SSDR, not sure HRD supports this. Doing a quick search of this Forum indicates it may not.

FRStack is a good, free program that provides many useful functions for the Flex radios including feeding Spot information to the radio.

Yup, FRstack provides the spot information to the radio, and a myriad of other really handy features. For me primarily memory capabilities.
