    When trying to download 3.8.23 from community all I get is "Runtime Error"

    in SmartSDR for Windows

    Runtime error 216 at 005E8BD2 & "The instruction at 0x00000000005EBD2 referenced memory at 0x00000000002BC82B0. The memory could not be read. Tried downloading 3.8.23 many times to a desktop with same result. Any ideas?

      I would submit a help desk ticket. Flex Support will know what to do.

    Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
