Smart SDR CAT v3.8.20 Won't load.

I just received the 8400, all aspects appear to be working fine, up and until I try to set up FT-8 or HRD. I can not get the Smart SDR CAT icon to load cat. I click on it nothing happens. Tried to uninstall and reinstall it still won't load. Any Ideas? Please and thank you. Windows 10 pro.

    I would submit a help desk ticket. Flex Support has deep experience with this.
