I can't work remotely

in SmartSDR for Mac
Hello. I have the following problem, locally with a Windows computer it works fine.
But remotely from a MAC (Version 3.9.32), it connects to the remote computer, but you can't act on it.
I've tried with a MacBook Air, an IMac and an iPhone.
Open ports on the router
TCP:
External: 54994 Internal: 4994
UDP:
External: 54993 Internal: 4993

Any help?

    hi..

    current version of macssdr is 2.9.45

    also be sure to do a data update in the settings of macssdr

    i am running this on mac minis as well as macbookair.

    ( minis on macos Sonoma and macbook air on MacOs Sequoia)

    both smartlink remotely as well as on my local lan

    and

    iphone version is of ios ssdr is 7.0.45 ios 18.1.1

    do the necessary updates and try again
