CWX "live" intermittent

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series

Using CWX on 6300 with latest software, the "live" tab for the keyboard works for an over or 2 then doesn't. I have to click it off then back on for the keyboard to be activated again. Then it’s good for the next typing transmit but doesn't last long. Have I got a setting wrong somewhere? A software glitch? It’s been this way a long time but screws up my QSOs now that I’m doing more CW. Ideas?

    Hi Joe, that doesn't sound like a setup problem. I suspect RF getting into either the radio or your computer. Try it at low power into a dummy load to see if that fixes it.

    If that works, then try ferrite beads or cores on all cabling to the radio, computer and network equipment.

    If the problem remains when using low power and a dummy load, then something else is wrong. First, export your profiles, then do a factory reset on your 6300. If that does not cure it, submit a help desk ticket.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
