GPS queston indicator light on front of 6400 no longer indicating as it should

Have a 6400 with GPS installed normally when the GPS is acquiring the birds it flashes blue then goes solid blue when locked. over the last few months it would occasionally and then more frequently failed to go to the blue cycle. it no longer goes beyond solid green when on and does not indicate long or lat. I changed the GPA antenna to a spare, SSDR setup indicates GPS is active. It occasionally indicates it is locked on the radio set up popup but usually not even after several hours. In the past the 6400 did show flashing on start up and sold blue within a couple of minuets and stayed locked.

Using SSDR 2.12., windows 10 Pro

    Hi Steve, you might want to try a factory reset (after exporting your profiles). If that doesn't resolve it, try re-seating the GPSDO connectors. If that doesn't help, submit a help desk ticket.

    The factory reset worked until I shut down and moved the radio back to the bench. Had to move unit near a window, bench is in basement. Turning it back on gave one blue flash then to solid green. I don't have a 4MM nut driver so I will have to purchase one to try resetting the board connectors if any under it. I did reseat the two coax cables. Tried clicking on Install to test indicated the GPS is active. However no sats appeared after several minuets and the light remained solid green. I pulled the cover of the module the LED on it will go orange for a couple of seconds then green for a couple then go off. So question is this normal indication for the LED on the GPSDO?

    Had to re-seat the PCB, still no flashing blue when syncing but get solid blue when it locks in to the birds.
