Chrome refreshing web page behavior

Using Chrome, when I refresh the Community web page it does not return to same position on page.

This behavior changed today.

Is anyone else seeing this or is there something on my end?

    I just tried with Brave and the behavior is the same.

    So, I'm thinking is on the server end…
