Error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" since version 1.2.11

in Tuner Genius XL
I receive the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" since using version 1.2.11 when I try to open device settings. Try to open it a second time is without the error message but when trying to save I get the error messsage "Error updatin Tuner Genius device configuration!"

    you may need to do a factory reset of TG, or from the app, select firmware update and reload the 1.2.11 firmware.

    To perform factory reset, remove DC power, plug in a shorted RCA connector in PTT A in. Hold Op/STBy button and apply DC power. Continue to hold Op/STby until it is reset.

    Remove power, remove shorted RCA and power up and configure.

    I did as described, but when having shortened RCA in PTT A IN and hold the left BYPASS/OPERATE button and power on, I just see 3 little dots on the screen and nothing happens next 10 minutes

    ,tap the dot. It will move. Tap it again. Then a third time. That is a touch screen calibration.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
