    SmartLink Issue.

    in Remote Operation (SmartLink)
    I am having trouble getting access to my FlexRadio remotely. I had this working at one point at a different location.

    I have rebooted everything. Made sure I can log in to SmartLink. What should I try next.

      HI, did you change the location of the radio?

      If so, I think that you need to unregister it from SmartLink and re-register it at the new location.

      I did move it. Physically from Northern Cal, to Central Cal.

      If I reregister it.. do I still need a windows machine for that?

      I think that you will need either a Win PC or a Maestro. I'm not sure if you can do it with a Mac or not.

      You will need to be at the radio site to do the unregister/re-register (unless you have a PC and remote PTT switch there that you can operate remotely).

      Mac Smart SDR does include all of the SmartLink Configuration as Windows. (and more).
