Do any EME ops have tips for a new Flex owner?

I am an experienced EME/weak signal operator, presently using several 9700s, a 7610, and 705 with transverters/sequencers/amps,etc. In an effort to simplify and improve the station, I just ordered a Flex 6400 and a Q5 Multiband transverter. I could use any tips/advice/recommendations the members may have as I move forward. Thanks!
