DAX TX audio issues on Intel NUC 13 Pro

My new Intel NUC 13 Pro running Windows 11 has an issue while transmitting with DAX that causes blips in the audio. I have two other computers that work fine. The audio going into DAX sounds fine and I was able to use Virtual Audio Cables to mirror the audio out to another device and make sure it doesn't have the blips. PC Mic audio is unaffected by this. I even tried just playing a 1khz sine wave file from audacity into the TX. The blips happen even at 1 watt. Network is local gigabit lan and shows full green bars in SmartSDR. Has anyone else run into a similar issue?

I made sure I updated the BIOS and drivers. Passmark benchmark ran fine and shows a decent CPU score.

This is what the TX looks like.

Select Properties for your ethernet adapter, then Configure, then Power Management, then turn off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

There is also a guide somewhere by Flex on other adapter settings to check, but that's the main one.

This looks more like a broken driver or maybe a windows firewall issue to me.

You may want to do a help desk ticket for this one, they should be able to help.

It must be something to do with the Intel ethernet because it's not happening on wifi. I poked around with those settings mentioned and turned off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" and it's fixed. Thanks!
