I can't activate the license

Good afternoon! We paid for the new version 3.4.21, we sent payment information to the mail. The 6500 transceiver does not see that the license has been paid. Tell me what to do? the radio does not connect to the Internet. And the refresh button does not give anything. Please help me to sort out the problem

    Dito. Hoping it is just a timing problem. I can not use the radio now that is updated to the new version but won't let me use it.
