How to back up CAT settings?

I seem to recall that there was a way to back up CAT settings but I can't remember how it's done. Can anyone help?

  Rick,

  Open your windows browser and go to %appdata%/flexradio systems . You should your CAT.settings file and a backup. Just do a file copy to new name/folder.
