Flex Support went the extra mile. AGAIN!

Hello all.

Once again the FlexRadio support team have proven they are GREAT! (Remember the old Tony the Tiger commercial?).

My Maestro Model B wasn't seeing my WiFi after my ISP provider upgraded my gear. I opened a ticket and Tim answered me and asked if it was WiFi 6. I could not get a definitive answer from the ISP help desk of course. I gave Tim all the information I had and he was able to confirm the WiFi device IS WiFi 6 which is not compatible with the Maestro.
