3.5.9 breaks Maestro display
After installing SmartSDR 3.5.9 here, my Maestro no long bring up a panadapter or waterfall display. PC's and Mac's running SmartSDR are fine. I tried logging out and back in on the Maestro and this did not help. Maestro will work as a smart control for a desktop machine using 3.5.9 but doesn't work properly as a full client.
Maestro is OK if I downgrade everything to an earlier release.
Please help.

Maestro keeps retrying connection. Bland panadapter flashes up for less than 1 sec. on each retry and the disappears.

Hi Fred, My Maestro "A" is operating fine after the 3.5.9 upgrade, both as a client and in SmartConrol, as are both desktop clients and iPAD. Maybe just needs a new app download. Sometimes a corruption occurs.

I am all of a sudden running into this same issue. SmartSDR works fine but the latest software on the Maestro is causing the same issues for me. I do NOT think it is a corrupted software app because too many people are having the same issue. Is anyone running 3.5.8 on your radio and 3.5.8 on your Maestro and having the same issue or is this a 3.5.9 issue. My frustration level is so high I am considering selling my radio and the Maestro.

A friend had the same issue. Advice from Flex support was to do a hard reset of the Flex radio. Doing so corrected the issue with no change being needed on the Maestro.

No need for such actions. I too had this issue. It was my fault for not following the hard reset instructions to the letter. Specifically I was not holding the power button on the radio until the light turned white. I suggest you try this, and if no success, open a helpdesk ticket.0 -
