Flex 6600, inrad 650 mic and headset setup

Hello everyone, I'm trying to connect all 3 accessories, I have the microphone working and the foot pedal and will key with foot pedal. Now comes the issue, the headset will key but there is no modulation only dead key any ideas how the make all 3 play together. Not even sure I have everything connected correctly. I've googled it a bunch but no joy, so I reach out here first, thanks.

    Looks like I may have figured it out, had to change from Inrad M650 to radiosport wide M360/EM56 and changed to mic from bal. I'll run some more tests to make sure it's right.

    Nope not quite, when I key foot pedal both inrad 650 and radiosport headset both key up. I suppose not quite wired right, anyone have a wiring diagram for this kind of setup?
