How to transmit outside the Ham bands with MARS equipped Flex Radio?

I purchased Flex 6400 and 6600 radios with the MARS fix to enable TX outside normal Ham bands, but the radio will not transmit outside the regular Ham bands. The tune and mox switches will not work. When I attempt to tune via the ATU, I receive a message: "Interlock is preventing transmission," and it will not tune. There is a software interlock preventing transmission. How do I turn off that interlock? I am using the 3.5.8 software. Thank you.

    Hi Dennis, I think that you need to open a help desk ticket.

    Do you have the Extended Transmit Module options installed?

    Then if so as noted above you need a HD ticket to get the MARS TURF files
