Using the ATU (Auto tuner)

Hello my Flex 6400 has the built in auto tuner. Is there a PDF (Manual) on how to use the auto tuner? On my other radios I set my power to 25 w and put the radio in AM and tune up. I not sure how this works with the Flex 6400. One other question on this Flex control panel I notice I am set for "IOS Default profile" I know there is a pull down windows to choose others. Most of the time I run my Flex with the provided mic (Not the MOX with the PC and Logitech headset) And I listen through the third party powered speakers I have plugged into the radio.
Thank you.

It is in section 28 of the SmartSDR Software User Guide V3.1.7, pages 98 through 100.

The Flex has an independent method for tuning. Set the desired tune power and click the tune button. No need to change the main power setting or to change modes. Tune gives just a CW carrier at the displayed frequency.
