An idea on audio

Hi all, This is my first post on the Flex site. I must congratulate the design team that built the transmit audio side of the 6400 and I would presume all above this model.
I have been a keen ESSB experimenter for years, in the past using a lot of outboard rack equipment. I now have the 6400 and only using my Shure SM7B microphone with the 8 band eq and processor built into the radio and looking at scopes and listening to playbacks I have sold all outboard equipment.
NOW THE IDEA:
How hard would it be to add a daw type reverb/plate to the radio with a firmware as I am sure the radio has the processing power to run it.
Is this possible, can someone maybe look into this as it will push the flex system beyond anything out there if it can.

Hi Martin... I'm wondering if the lack of response might be due to the same difficulty/lack of knowledge on my part. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "...daw type reverb/plate..." and how it would improve/change the audio capabilities of the radio. I know what reverb is, and I'm not sure that would be all that helpful???
And, as you have noted, it's relatively easy to add 3rd party external audio processors to the rig via various inputs to tailor the sound to almost anything you'd want...

Hi Don, Sorry if I was not clear on what I was after, I listen to a lot of the ESSB stations and the final. part of their audio chain usually is some very subtle plate reverb which gives the eq'ed vocal that extra shimmer, sorry if I am not explaining myself in better terms.
regards
