Flex Accessory Cable ACC-4PXLR-TRS Pinout Wrong?

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series
Flex sells this cable for $50 which I just purchased. But it uses XLR pins 2 & 3 for PTT and my Heil Gold Elite uses pins 1 & 2. Who is wrong LOL?

    Turns out _I_ am wrong = idiot. After looking at the packing slip it seems I confused the two cables offered and ordered the wrong one! Topic closed. 73

    Correction - Heil mic uses pins 3 & 4 for PTT.

    We issued Steve an RMA to return the incorrect cable and creates a new order for the correct cable.
