ATU Not Working 6600M

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series

When I push the ATU button it turns red but no tune. Firmware version 3.4.23. I normally use may KAT500 and haven't used the internal tuner in some time.

    I usually use my KAT500 and hadn't use the internal one in a long time. Light turn red but no tune. After looking at a few things that might cause the problem, I reinstalled 3.4.23 and now works so far.. Anyone else have a similar problem?

    How low (or high) was the SWR when the ATU did not work?

    2.5 to 1 on one band but didn't work on any band. No clicking of the relays. ATU light stayed red.
