Persistence Database being Forgetful since 3.4.21
Hi All
Sorry if I am going down the wrong path here, but since my update to the latest SmartSDR release 3.4.21 I feel that the radio doesn't remember as well as it used to if that makes sense,
I am constantly having to reduce the display gain on the waterfall to the level I like, I am also having to adjust the dbm scale to where I run it, and when I change modes it does not change to the settings for that mode BW, EQ ect
Anyone else see this?
Thanks
Trevor

You could try resetting the persistence database, Trevor. I have done it twice in the 2 years I have had my 6400M. Doing so clears up a lot of anomalies.

There is a known, and now documented issue with the Persistence Database that can cause this problem along with other issues. I would suggest you open a Help Desk ticket to officially document the problem as it will help bring more attention to the problem and increase the likelihood that Flex Radio will address and fix the problem. This defect was given the defect list designation SMART-9418.
If doing a Persistence Database reset doesn't get rid of the problem, please open a Help Desk ticket.
