Can you select antenna port manually

in Antenna Genius

I am using a Yaesu radio right now while my 6700 is under repair. Is it possible to manually select the antenna port on the Antenna Genius through the AG software? I don't care about automating the band switching as this is only a temporary setup. I have not seen where I can do this and am tired of hooking and unhooking antennas.
