Callsign change in Ft8 using Mac Smart SDR

Hello
I am a very new Flex 6600 owner and I am loving the Ft8 facility which works brilliantly
I had an email today (from another continent) informing me that somehow I have an extra two characters in my callsign I have tried everything but I can't change it back Please could someone tell me what I have done,and, what I have to do to reverse it?
