6400 CW sidetone clipped

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series
With the delay settings below 70, the local sidetone dits and dahs get clipped. The real output, however, is perfect. Any suggestions?

    Further info: Reset the radio, tried both internal and external keyers. With break-in enabled this happens. Turn if off, and monitor or use MOX, the sidetone is perfect. Anyone else have this issue?
