We are seeing an issue where some users are not able to open a slice on their radio.
Our engineering team is working to resolve the issue.
If you are affected by this failure, please open a support ticket and provide the following information:
- Radio model
- Radio serial number
- SmartSDR Version
- Operating System version (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11) or MacOS version
