wav file played from N1MM says, "Trial"
I am learning to use wav files in N1MM. I used Audacity to record my CQ.wav. I put it into the wav directory in a subfolder with my call. I can play this file back using windows media player, sounds great. Yet when I use F1 to play from N1MM, my transmitter is keyed, DAX streams the file, but I hear a female voice repeat Trial, Trial, Trial.
Something has a hook in that wav file. How do I start to figure this out?

Are you under the impression that DAX is changing your file?
Sounds like you have a trial version of some other software involved in your process.

Yea, that is what it was. I found the corrupted wave file and deleted it. Then started the process from the beginning. It works fine now. I remember the first time I tried this, I exported the Audacity file into N1mm. Then I clicked on it to check it was ok. At some point Groove Music tried to open it. Most likely that was the source of the problem.
