Is anyone using a Heil HM-12 mic?

I have a 30 year old Heil Goldline GM-4 that now only works in Narrow mode. I am thinking of replacing it with a Heil HM-12. I am not a contester and I am not interested in wide (AM broadcast-style) audio. I am just looking for a reasonable quality, reasonably priced communications mic.

Is anyone using this mic with a Flex 6000 radio? What do you think of it?

    I use the HM-12 with my 6400M and get good audio reports. I like the mic, the local hams say it sounds just like me on the radio. Thinking of upgrading to the PR-781 but I'm in no hurry.

    Great, thanks for the info. I have been without a desk mic for quite a while and this one looked pretty good for the price.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
