AT&T Gigabit with Unifi Security Gateway and Pace 5268AC

I have AT&T Gigabit with Unifi Security Gateway and Pace 5268AC and have not been able to get port forwarding to work. I spent 3 hours on the phone with a tech from AT&T and they have pretty much given up.
The Pace 5268AC has a rule to allow ports 21000, 4994, 22000, and 4993 through and the USG has port forwarding set up for 21000 to 4994 and 22000 to 4993. But the SmartLink test is still coming up red.
Any ideas?

In the setup at the radio side, be sure you have set up for manual port forwarding, otherwise it will not work with fixed port forwardings.
If you want it for your own use only, you could consider setting up a softethernet vpn . This needs one single port forwarded without any needs of autoforwarding.

Hello,
I run a complete Unifi system with the Unifi Security Gateway and had a little trouble at first.
The key is to log into your Security Gateway, select Firewall & Routing, at the top select Port Forwarding,
Below are my settings:
After you save it takes a few minuets for the system to adopt the new settings.
You can watch this Under "Devices" "Status"
Once the Unifi system is back up Reboot the Flex.
All should work well.

With a lot of help from Jeff W4DD I have it working now. The issue was that I was double NATting. I was able to set the Unifi Security Gateway (USG) to use DMZplus in the Pace 5268AC and then had to change the WAN IP Address in the USG to be Static with the External address assigned by AT&T.
Here's hoping they don't change that address anytime soon.0
