CW op working split (slice a and slice b) with headphones: dx in left, pileup in right?

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series
i like to work cw and i end up in pileups. i like putting the dx in one ear and the pileup in the other so i can find the sweet spot--like so many other ops do.

browsing the forum i find numerous posts dating back years asking similar questions. i'm hoping that i'm just missing the obvious...

is this possible with the flex6600? is this likely to be possible?

    Yes. Click the volume icon in the slice flag and there is a balance slider. You can set slice A to one side and slice B to another.
