Interference on 40 meters

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series

Anyone else seeing this mess on 40 meters ? I started seeing it about a week ago and it has got worse every day. The signal level varies with time of day. For example it was completely gone early this morning and started again at 10:30 UTC. I am in Seneca, SC.
