FLEX6700 frequency calibration problem

Hello, FLEX6700 frequency calibration problems. For example, when listening to the frequency of 7.230, I find that the voice is changed, and the frequency is adjusted to 7.228. The voice is normal. Check the manual to explain that the calibration is invalid for many times. How to solve it? Thank you very much 73 BG5ILX

Check to be sure that RIT is off or set to zero.

The FLEX6700 will only receive accurate reception for about 40 minutes after booting, otherwise the audio will be severely shifted, and the calibration frequency will also be invalid at this time. Why does the traditional machine such as icom7300, icom7800 and FT991A start to listen to the audio normally without tuning?

I don’t have this situation with the 6400. Stays on freq for hours, days. I suggest an help desk ticket.

Are you using a External or Internal GPS clock source?

At least on the 6700, and 6500 when using a external GPS source and if it looses the GPS signal for some reason it will revert back to the internal Clock oscillator.

If your not using a External GPS source then the issue is probably the on board Clock Oscillator and will need to Open a help desk ticket and send it to the for service when they give you a RMA number.
