Flex 6400 with Heil Pro 7

Somewhat confused on the Flex 6400 pseudo balanced 1/8 inch stereo mic input. Can I plug the 1/8 inch mono mic jack from my Heil Pro 7 directly into my 6400?  Or do I need to make an adaptor?

  Plug it right into the radio. I am using the pro 7 with 6400M

  I have a 6400M and Heil Pro & Headset/Boom Mic, but I don't hear my own voice during TX.

  I found it by selecting the "MON" button in the TX Menu.
