CW skimmer and Spots
Hi
I am using slicemaster and want to send spots to the panadapter (where is that described in the manual?). I have the spot setting enables but do not understand 'levels.' As well, no spots are showing up. Any ideas why?

Hi Cy, The levels refers to how many vertically stacked spots will show up. Play with the Levels, Position and Font Size settings to get it the way you like it. PR7CPK occupies levels 1 and 4, YO3IMD and one of the VP8LP posts are on level 2 and the second VP8LP is on level 3. These spots originate from ACLog (N3FJP software).
In the following pic, the green spots are from ACLog and the ones with a white background are from CW Skimmer operating in conjunction with SliceMaster. The Skimmer spots are sourced from Skimmer decoding the signals, identifying callsigns then placing them on the screen. The green spots come from ACLog querying a web based spotting service then sending the posts to the Flex screen. Is this what you are trying to achieve?
