Transferring SmartSDR programs when I sell my Flex 6500

If I sell my Flex 6500LE someday , what do I need to do with the SmartSDR v1.11.12 programs on my PC ? I would like to make it easy for a new owner to get the 6500 up and running. Tnx , John KW2JR

    Hi John, V 1.12.1 is the latest V 1 release, and the buyer can just download it (at no cost) when they buy your radio. There is no need to transfer from one PC to the other.

    Great, that is easy, I was thinking the program was somehow purchased separately and linked to the 6500 serial#, I am the 2nd or 3rd owner. Maybe I should download v1.12.1 myself.... Thank you Len -- John KW2JR

    Someone else may know better, but doesn’t the limited edition (LE) qualify for a free version upgrade?
