Transverter & 6600M Power Supply Sharing

I have a 25-watt 2 meter transverter on order. Q5 says it requires 10 amps at 13.8 volts. I think the transverter and my 6600M could share my Astron 35M power supply because the 6600M should draw a fraction of the 23 amps it typically requires when transmitting through the transverter. Am I correct?
