DAX channels 3 and 4 not operating

in DAX

I am trying, for the first time, to use DAX channels 3 and 4 on my 6500 but find there is no output. I am trying to interface with JTDX and channels 1 and 2 work fine but neither 3 or 4 produces audio. Looking at the WIN10 control panel all audio channels look OK as none have corrupted names. I've tried virtually everything to enable these two channels including stopping and restarting the DAX control panel with no success. Everything else works normally. Any ideas?

    John,

    I assume you have dax 3 or 4 selected on your RX slice . Do you have 3 /4 enabled in the DAX GUI ?

    Does the DAX GUI show signal in the slice indicator ?

    If yes then signal is getting from the radio to the GUI.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
