CW mode RF power insufficient (6400 15M band)

Hello all friends，i'm find a issue yesterday 15M band (21.240-21.260)CW mode 100W display normal，but today 15M band (21.240-21.260)CW mode display only 85W（15M band other frequency all normal 100W ）
I'm sure don't change any settings.So this issue what's wrong? looking forward to your help thanks.

    Have you run SWR plot on 15m, maybe there is an SWR issue?

    i'm sure SWR (very normal)not have issue，due to my flex6400 always remote control at another location. So maybe i will need use dummy load test again tnx.
