Can't Key Amp!

Have a new to me 6400M and not able to key up the external amp (Acom1500)
I have the amp RCA cable plugged into the TX1 jack but unlike the User Guide, I do not have or see any Enable buttons that would allow me to turn the TX jacks. Here is what I see on my screen.

    You need to look at TX Band settings. Make sure you have TX Required checked and TX 1, 2, or 3 checked depending on where you made the connection and what bands you're going to use the amp.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
