Rather than me spend another couple of evenings scratching my head and looking through old setup sheets online for not quite the same setup, anybody have this exact setup or similar I can "cheat" from? It looks like it should be run without Slicemaster or any of the DXLab stuff running?

Sorry it might be a little late.
You can follow these instructions for setung up WSJT-X with N1MM+. https://www.rttycontesting.com/tutorials/n1mm/operating-ww-digi-with-n1mm/
They don't explicitly talk about SO2R but it is easy to set up 2 instances of WSJT-X.
You will need Smart SDR installed on you computer, at least for DAX and SmartCAT.
No extra software needed.
