Panadapter stutters when a cluster spot arrives

in SmartSDR for Mac

Anyone else notices the panadapter freezes for a moment when a cluster spot arrives or when FT8 does its screen update. On version 1.3.5 and have frame rate set for 30.

Not an under powered Mac, iMac Pro so plenty of processing and video performance available.

    I see that too with a Win10 Intel I5 3.5M 8GB AMD Radeon R9 machine. My frame rate is 25. I have a lot of programs running to support the Flex 2.6.2 software though, However, it does not seem to miss decoding FT8 on my setup. If you look at the CPU resources for JTAlert and JT9.exe they spike when new spots come in. Those might be the culprit. Hard to get around those using FT8. GL
