dat or cat not working after updating from 2.6.1 to 2.6.2, Fabulatech driver error

After updating from 2.6.1 to 2.6.2 both cat and dat will not work. In device manager, i now have other devices with Fabulatech drivers that I am unable to update or delete. In regedit signed in as an administrator I am unable to delete Fabulatech. Please assist.
